- Firstly add 2 tbs oil in a pan then when oil heat's up add half tbs Ajwain and splutter them then add chopped onion and green chillies and saute it

- Once onion and tomato leaves oils then to this mixture add salt to taste, half tbs Turmeric powder.
- Then put red chilli powder to taste, half tbs Dhania powder, half tbs garam masala
