  2. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, ghee and water
  3. Close the lid and cook until 2 whistles on medium heat
  4. Take spinach and cut it into thin strips.
  5. Now add ghee, cumin seeds, hing, ginger and garlic in pan - fry it for a minute
  6. Add green chillies, and fry it a little - now add onion
  7. Fry until it becomes translucent - add tomatoes
  8. Cook until it becomes soft - add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder - mix it well
  9. Add the dal and mix it - now add the palak and mix it - boil it for 2 minutes
  10. Add lime juice and coriander leaves - mix it well
